Drevo is a delivery marketplace for UK businesses. We connect companies that need something delivered — today, or on a date they choose — with vetted, self-employed local couriers, and we hold both sides to a simple standard: an honest price, a live view of where it is, and proof it arrived.
The name? Drevo means tree. A tree grows both ways at once — a canopy in the light, and a root system just as wide in the dark that nobody ever looks at. The parcel arriving at a door is the half everyone sees. The businesses underneath — the ones that packed it, priced it and had it checked before it moved — are the half they don't.
Both halves are the same size. We're building both.

Same-day delivery isn't short of technology. It's short of ambition.
Almost every firm has an app, a tracking link, a portal — and does the bare minimum with them. A business still can't see a real price before it commits, still gets billed after the fact, and still has nothing at the door but someone's word that it arrived.
The work is split across dozens of middlemen, too. A courier sits idle in one company's queue while a job three streets away goes unfilled in another's. Both sides lose that trade, and neither finds out why.
Drevo puts them on the same board. Businesses post the work; vetted couriers choose what they take. But every order passes our checkpoint before a single courier sees it — that checkpoint is the part I won't trade away, and it's what makes the rest worth trusting.

You see the full cost before you book — a clear rate card, never a surprise at the door. What we quote is what you pay.
Proof on every single parcel
Every delivery is tracked live, door to door, and closes with a photo captured at the doorstep and stored against the order. No more chasing a courier to ask “did it arrive?”.
A fair deal for couriers
Couriers see exactly what a job pays before they accept it, work when it suits them, and get paid fast. A marketplace only works if both sides are treated right.
No stranger ever touches your parcel.
Every courier clears four gates before they can accept a single job — not optional, not later, before — with a DBS check following within thirty days, and an overdue one stopping the work. And they stay clear: every licence and insurance policy is held with its expiry date, and cover that lapses stops the work until it is renewed.
And no account opens on a script. Identity and the licence are answered by certified providers — that is what makes them checkable — and every courier's documents are then checked and signed off by our team before their account opens, the same team that reviews every business joining the other side.
