Set your price
Every order starts at a fair price for the route — then you nudge it up for a faster pickup, or down to save when time isn't tight. The number you approve is the number you pay. No surge, no month-end surprises.
Checked, then a vetted courier
Drevo reviews every order before release. Then it goes to nearby couriers who've passed identity, right-to-work, DBS and vehicle checks — first to accept starts driving.
Tracking you can hand to your customer
Live GPS from pickup to drop-off with a shareable link — your customer watches their own delivery arrive.
Proof on every drop
A photo captured at the doorstep and stored with the order. “Did it arrive?” becomes a link, not a phone call.
A vehicle costs the
same in a quiet week.
Most businesses aren't choosing between Drevo and another courier. They're choosing between Drevo and running their own vehicle and driver. So it's worth being straight about what that actually costs.
If your volume is high and steady every week of the year, your own fleet may genuinely be the cheaper answer. This is for everyone whose demand moves.
The vehicle is paid for in your quietest month too
Finance or purchase, insurance, road tax, MOT — identical in a flat February and a frantic December. Demand moves; that bill does not.
Maintenance arrives on its own schedule
A clutch, a cambelt, a windscreen. None of it waits for a gap in your deliveries, and a vehicle off the road still has to be paid for.
You pay for the journey home as well
Fuel is the cost everyone counts. The empty return leg is the one nobody does — and you cover those miles whether anything is in the back or not.
A driver is paid for the day, not the drop
Wages, National Insurance, holiday, sick cover, and every quiet hour in between. Employment is a fixed cost wearing a variable disguise.
A parking ticket is money you cannot invoice
Every penalty on a delivery round is a straight loss against that job. No customer has ever agreed to pay one.
Your peak decides your fleet size
Buy for your busiest week and you own that capacity for the other fifty-one, sitting still. Buy for the average and you turn work away when it matters most.
With Drevo, none of that is on your balance sheet. You pay per delivery, at a price you approve before you book — and the vehicle, the driver, the insurance, the penalty and the empty journey home belong to someone else. Quiet week, quiet invoice.

Book it, print the labels, get on with your day.
Questions from businesses.
How is a delivery priced?
Every delivery is quoted upfront from a clear rate card — distance, time, stops and the vehicle you need, with VAT shown. You approve the exact price before you book, and the price you approve is the price you pay.
How fast is same-day?
Same-day in the areas we have opened — most orders booked in the morning are delivered the same working day. You'll see the expected pickup and delivery window before you pay, then track the parcel live the whole way.
Can I schedule deliveries in advance?
Yes — choose 'now' for same-day, or set a future date and time when you place the order. Scheduled jobs land in your courier's calendar the moment they accept, so they're locked in for the slot you chose.
Who checks my order before it goes out?
Drevo does. Every order is reviewed by our operations team — details, deliverability, courier cover — before it's released. Only then can a vetted courier accept it, so what reaches the road is double-confirmed: by you and by us.
What if no courier accepts my job?
It's rare, and never silent. If it isn't picked up we prompt you to boost its priority. Until a courier accepts, you can cancel the order yourself in one click and be refunded in full — no fee and no forms. Once a courier has accepted, a cancellation may carry a fee, part of which compensates them for the run they turned down.
Can I connect Drevo to my store or systems?
Create orders by hand, bulk-upload a spreadsheet (CSV) on Pro and above, or connect through our full API on Enterprise. However your orders start, they all land on the same live board.
What happens if something goes wrong with a delivery?
You open a chat inside your dashboard — you're not emailing an inbox or filling in a form. The conversation is the ticket: attach a photo, keep the full history, and reopen it any time. Disputes run in that same thread, alongside the order they're about, so nobody has to be brought up to speed.
What areas do you cover?
We open one area at a time, and we confirm an area before we promise it. Tell us your postcode when you join the early-access list — it is how we decide where to open next.
